Questions
What people ask before signing up
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Your customers pay you directly and 92 Stores never touches that money. You pay only the monthly fee.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can post a picture on WhatsApp, you can run your shop. There is nothing to install, host or code.
How do I pay the monthly fee?
By bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash. In your admin, open Billing, choose I've paid, and add the reference and a screenshot. We confirm it by hand, usually the same day.
Can customers pay by card?
No. Card payments aren't available, and no online payment is taken automatically yet.
What happens if I don't pay?
Your shop keeps selling for 7 days while the payment is sorted out. After that new orders pause and customers see a short notice with your WhatsApp number. Nothing is deleted, and your shop comes straight back once a payment is confirmed.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet. Your shop lives at /s/your-shop, and that is the link you share. We would rather say no today than promise it.
