The merchant guide
How 92 Stores works, step by step
Everything from opening your shop to delivering your hundredth order. Read it through once, or jump to the part you need.
Open your store
It takes one short form. The moment you submit it your shop exists and your free 14 days begin.
In your admin92stores.pk › Open your store
- 1
Fill in the form
Your shop's name, your own name, your mobile number and a password of at least 8 characters. Email and city are optional.
- 2
Choose what you sell
Fabric, clothing, shoes, jewellery, food, or general for anything else. This sets your product fields and your shop's filters.
- 3
You're in
You land in your admin, already logged in. Your shop's address is made from its name, such as /s/your-shop.
Set up your shop
Three settings pages make your shop yours and decide how customers pay and what delivery costs. Do these before you share your link.
In your adminAdmin › Settings
- 1
Store details
Name, tagline and announcement bar in English and Urdu, your logo, WhatsApp number, email, city, address, and Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links.
- 2
Payments
Turn Cash on Delivery on or off, set the largest COD order you'll accept and an optional COD fee. Add your bank account and Raast ID, and your JazzCash and Easypaisa details.
- 3
Delivery
Set a delivery charge and days for your own city, the rest of your province and the rest of Pakistan — leave one empty and you don't deliver there — and, if you like, the order value above which delivery is free.
Add your products
A product is photos, a price and its options. Add one properly, and the rest go quickly.
In your adminAdmin › Products › Add product
- 1
Name and describe it
Write the name and description in English; add Urdu versions if you like. Pick its category and, optionally, a collection such as Eid or New arrivals.
- 2
Photos and video
Upload up to 8 photos and one short video. The first photo is the one customers see in your shop.
- 3
Details for your shop type
A shoe shop asks for sizes, a fabric shop for fabric and metres, a general shop lets you add your own detail rows.
- 4
Colours and stock
List each colour or option with its own stock count and SKU. Stock goes down with every order and back up on a cancel or return.
- 5
Price and publish
Set the price, an optional sale price, and your private cost price to see your margin. Save as Draft, or set it Active to put it on sale.
Handle your orders
Every order has a status, and your Orders screen has a tab for each. Work from left to right.
In your adminAdmin › Orders
- 1
Confirm on WhatsApp
Tap WhatsApp on a new order and a ready-written message to the customer opens. Send it, and once they reply, mark the order Confirmed.
- 2
Pack
Mark it Packed once it's ready. The customer's history is on the order — anyone who has refused two or more parcels is flagged.
- 3
Book the courier
Book with PostEx, Leopards, TCS, Trax or M&P as you do today, then pick the courier on the order and type the tracking number it gave you.
- 4
Print labels and ship
Print A4 labels showing the cash to collect, the courier, tracking number and weight, then mark the order Shipped.
- 5
Deliver or return
Mark it Delivered when it arrives — a COD order is marked paid at the same time. A refused or returned parcel goes back into stock.
