FAQ

Questions, answered straight

Including the awkward ones — what the platform can't do yet, and what happens if you don't pay.

Getting started

What is 92 Stores?

A ready-made online shop and the admin to run it, made for selling in Pakistan. You get a shop at your own link, with Cash on Delivery, WhatsApp order confirmation, courier labels, and English and Urdu built in.

What can I sell?

Almost anything. When you sign up you pick fabric, clothing, shoes, jewellery, food, or general for everything else. The type shapes your product details and filters, and you can change it later in Settings.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. If you can post a picture on WhatsApp, you can run your shop. There is nothing to install, host or code.

How long does it take to get started?

The sign-up form takes a minute, and your shop exists the moment you submit it. Setting up payments and delivery and adding your first products is an afternoon's work.

Can I use my own domain name?

Not yet. Your shop lives at /s/your-shop, and that is the link you share. We would rather say no today than promise it.

Orders and delivery

How do customers order?

They add products to their cart and check out with their name, mobile number and address. They get an order number and can track the order with it and their mobile number. An account is optional.

How does WhatsApp confirmation work?

On each new order, one tap opens WhatsApp with a ready-written message to the customer. You send it yourself from your own number — nothing is sent automatically.

Which couriers can I use?

You can record bookings for PostEx, Leopards, TCS, Trax and M&P, set the parcel weight and print A4 labels. Courier accounts aren't connected, so you book with the courier as you do today and type its tracking number on the order.

What about fake orders and refused parcels?

Every order shows the customer's history, and anyone who has refused two or more parcels is flagged. You can also cap the value of Cash on Delivery orders, add a COD fee, or offer a discount for paying upfront.

How are delivery charges worked out?

You set a charge and delivery days for your own city, the rest of your province and the rest of Pakistan, and optionally an order value above which delivery is free. Leave one empty and your shop doesn't deliver there.

Getting paid

How can my customers pay?

Cash on Delivery, bank transfer or Raast, JazzCash and Easypaisa — whichever you switch on. For a transfer — bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa — the customer sends the money to your own account and uploads a screenshot, and you approve it.

Can customers pay by card?

No. Card payments aren't available, and no online payment is taken automatically yet.

Do you take a commission on my sales?

No. Your customers pay you directly and 92 Stores never touches that money. You pay only the monthly fee.

Your monthly fee

How do I pay the monthly fee?

By bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash. In your admin, open Billing, choose I've paid, and add the reference and a screenshot. We confirm it by hand, usually the same day.

What happens if I don't pay?

Your shop keeps selling for 7 days while the payment is sorted out. After that new orders pause and customers see a short notice with your WhatsApp number. Nothing is deleted, and your shop comes straight back once a payment is confirmed.

Is there a contract or notice period?

No. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no card on file, so if you want to stop, you simply don't pay the next month.

Do I lose days if I pay early?

No. Each approved payment adds a month from your current end date, or from today if it has already passed.

What's included in the free trial?

Everything. For 14 days you can use every feature, take real orders and decide whether it's for you.

Your customers

Can my customers shop in Urdu?

Yes. They switch language in one tap and the shop reads right to left. Add Urdu names and descriptions to your products; where you haven't, the English shows.

Do customers need an account?

No, they can check out as guests. With an account they see all their orders, save addresses, keep a wishlist and can cancel an order before it's packed. An account belongs to your shop alone.

Does the shop work on phones?

Yes. Most customers in Pakistan shop on their phones, and every page of the shop is designed for a phone first.
